Refund policy

To our valuable customers of NUTRA-FORCE: Before submitting a return request through our contact page please make sure you read the information below. When submitting you request, please give our customer service team your order number, name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason behind the return.

Return Policy on NUTRA-FORCE Products

If you would like to make a return on a product(s), Those items (s) must be returned within 30 days of the original order date returns requested beyond this time will be refused. The NUTRA-FORCE warehouse cannot accept returns on opened and used products for the safety of the team and quality of other products in the warehouse.

Within the first 30 days of the original order date if you do not notify us of the problem with your order a refund or exchange will not be given. This includes but is not limited to failure to receive a product, damage to the container or safety seal, quality of the product’s contents, and/or receipt of an incorrect product. When a return request is submitted, a NUTRA-FORCE customer service representative will reach out to you to confirm the condition of the product. Returns requested are subject to be refused.

Issuing a refund, Store Credit, or Exchange

All purchases are charged and refunded in U.S. dollars (USD) NUTRA-FORCE is not responsible for the difference in financial exchange rates.

The NUTRA-FORCE customer service team will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your submitted return request. Once the NUTRA-FORCE warehouse approves the condition of the received return, the customer service team will be notified to contact you and issue a refund, store credit, or exchange.

If you requested to be refunded to your original payment method, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 3-7 business days to see the refund on your account. For a full refund on product, merchandise, or attire on items that are
unopened, unused, and unworn you will be issued a full refund of the subtotal amount. This refund does not include shipping and handling charges.

If you request to exchange your item, the customer service team will contact you to confirm what item you would like to exchange. They will also confirm whether that item, flavor, or size are in stock.

If you requested store credit, the customer service team will contact you to confirm that you have received a credit. They will issue a store credit code that you can use for a future NUTRA-FORCE purchase.

Please note that NUTRA-FORCE cannot provide returns or exchanges on international orders.

Replacing or Qualifting a gift item

All free promotional gift item(s) are while supplies last. Since there are limited quantities of these items, they cannot be replaced or exchanged.

If applicable, you can qualify for a free promotional gift item(s) after you insert a discount code. This promotional code is redeemable before shipping and handling fees have been applied to the order.
